Engine:
- Chassis has 215,XXX. Will climb as it is my daily for now. The engine was swapped by the previous owner, I have paperwork for proof. I got the car when it had about 180,XXX. The swap had 90,000 on it when it was swapped in so the motor roughly has about 120,XXX. I've never abused or beat this motor and I've always taken care of it and kept it maintained.
- DC Racing Intake
- Motordyne 5/16 plenum spacer (seals replaced with installation of spacer)
- New NGK Iridium Spark Plugs
- Invidia Gemini Catback Exhaust w/ Berkeley HFC's
- Osiris Tune done by Churches Automotive Testing in Wilmington, CA (5 Map Tune)
- Greddy Oil Cap
- New Battery
- New Starter
Pros:
- This G has an Osiris Tune so it picks up a lot quicker than most out there.
- The motor is still in great condition. No leaks of any kind. Ever since I've had the car, I haven't noticed any burning oil or any mechanical issues.
- Well maintained and I have most of the receipts for the services I've done on the car.
- The paint is pretty gnarly. During the day it's pretty extra when the light hits but at night, it's incognito and nice. ** This paint is def different from most. Just a forewarning.**
- I love this car and it's been reliable ever since I picked it up 2 years ago. I've never abused it or done any modifications that halter its ability to be reliable.
Cons:
- Window regulator on the passenger side most likely needs to be replaced. The window goes up and down fine but kind of slowly, also sometimes the auto down when opening the door doesn't trigger which led to the paint chips on the pillar.
- The paint isn't in the best condition but still beautiful when washed and waxed.
- The front lower control arm bushings need to be replaced. Clicks when steering left to right.
- If you want, it hasn't affected the ability to drive but the rear CV axle boot on the driver side is torn but like I mentioned, hasn't affected the performance of the car.
- The driver side seats leather is torn pretty bad from PO and I'm assuming that's the reason why the airbag light stays on.
- CEL is on because the HFC's. You can clear it but it'll eventually come back. Not a big issue if you don't mind it being on.
- When I installed the wingless trunk, I wasn't aware of the condition of the support shock strut. So when driving on bumpy roads, it does make a noise but I've gotten used to it over the year.
I believe that's about everything. I wanted to be straight up with everything about the car so you know exactly what's going on with it and what it also possesses. It's a really fun car and definitely could be a beast if the right person comes along to finish what I started. It is a clean title and passes smog fine last time I had taken it in. Tags are paid for 2019. No tickets on it and I hate to let it go but I have to pay for school and also save up for my next car. Entertaining offers, not really looking to trade at the moment. I need the money more than anything rn. Located in Gardena/Torrance. I'm pricing the car at $6,500 OBO. NO TRADES/NO PARTING OUT.
