SR22DET specs
Washed and runways drilled and hired. Crankshaft main bearing lane equipped with reinforced bearing blocks and re-drilled and honed. The crankshaft was dynamically balanced together with the flywheel, the pressure basket and the pulley. The connecting rods were provided with additional grooves for best oil circulation of the piston pin, even at the highest speeds. Cylinder head planned. By hand, all ducts for exhaust and exhaust gas are enlarged and smoothed, and webs sharpened, etc. All other corners and edges of water channels, etc. have been improved. Valve seats milled and re-ground. All transitions and edges of intake manifold, throttle, exhaust manifold and cylinder head have been eliminated for optimal flow - everything has been completed, sealed. All sensors and connections have been incorporated, as well as intake air temperature sensor, pressure sensor, water temperature sensor.
Brian Crower (BC) Stroker Kit full Spec 91mm full forging shaft (later rebalanced for highest speed demands)
CP piston 87 mm 8.5: 1 with upgrade Piston pin (thicker wall thickness) for more load capacity
BC connecting rods and custom connecting rod bolts (the Arp hold 200,000psi, the screws used here 290,000)
