Well, the real deal Greddy costs $760 and this cheap copy was $117 new on eBay. The finish quality of this item is directly proportional to the price.

In other words, it will need work to function properly. I would have a machine shop true the flanges and then go over it aggressively with a port & polish internally and mirror polish externally. That was my plan anyway.
