Looking to sale my 2003 honda civic EX with a clean title and pink slip on hand. Its my daily driver for work, so it only gets used M-F 40 miles a day. Ive owned it for about 3 years now and have put about 30,000 miles on it. It had a low mile JDM engine installed by previous owner right before i bought it (had the receipt, but lost it since) Only reason for this sale is, that i need a bigger car for my family. This car has been well maintained, not raced or ran hard, it has never over heated on me. Modifications/upgrades were done to enhance engine reliability, performance, and stability to enjoy my daily drive. everything done is smog legal. its clean inside and out. Just passed a legal smog test as is, on 5/29/18. tags are paid and up to date.

It isn't perfect, it has some minor dents, dings, chips, and some small scratches here and there, but over all looks good and is a real solid car.

The original speedometer broke and was replaced by the previous owner with a newer 04-05 speedometer. The current speedo reads 340k miles and the original chassis milage is unknown to me, i registered the car to what it said at the time.

Oh i see, my apologies. I meant $550, now can you afford it?

C'mon man read all the way through, i said the cluster has that milage, not the car or engine. Im asking for a best offer, with the purchase cost of the car and all that i have put into it im well into it more than 5500, but you have to start somewhere right?

People these days don’t take the time to read threads anymore. They go straight to pics and price and straight to the comment section. Great looking car you have there and I’m sure you get hella good mileage. GLWS

i wasn't trying to be a dick, just stating my opinion. i think you're asking too much.

you've tried to publicly question my financial ability (which is very rude, and you're wrong) and you think age has anything to do with thinking a car is worth something?

Ok.

My apologies.

In my experience working on or building cars in general. If you take a $2500 car. Invest, lets say for arguments sake $5000 worth new parts and labor, does that make that car still only work $2500?

If thats the case with your way of thinking, everyone who has their $1500-$2500 stock s13/s14 that they have done sr, rb, vq swap or even just a rebuild. along with similar additions and replacements as i have done only worth what a stock run down car would be?

I understand that these particular cars dont sell for much, but on the same hand those cars havent had near as much done to them as mine. As stated in the original post, my price is a starting piont for offers that id be willing to accept.

Its been nice talking to you, and again thank you for the bump.
