Oil relocation kit. Looks like it was pieced together using various extra pieces lying around someone's shop. The piece that screws to the block says made in USA, the various connectors say FPS and XRP and the part that the filter attached to says Taiwan. So who knows, also the hoses are kinda short because the car it came out of just had the filter attached to the fender well, but it works! $150

Also, I've gotten a couple of questions on whether the driveshaft is abs or non. I have no idea, but from u-joint to u-joint it measures 41.5", the transmission input shaft measures 4 1/8", and overall is 49 1/4".
