PBM High Mount FMIC Silvia front end fitment question

Is anyone running the PBM high Mount FMIC on a S13 with a Silvia front end? I saw a video online where someone just slapped one in and the fitment was near perfect (with slightly modified hl brackets), but my headlights are hitting the fmic core and I need about another 1-1.5" to clear. Has anyone else has experienced and/or corrected this problem?

I run the PBM HMIC on my S13 Silvia with a ca18det; naturally you have to remove the AC condensor to use the intercooler. You don't have to modify the Silvia front head light brackets, but you will have to cut the radiator support on the sides behind the headlights and also drill two holes thru the top of the rad support for the top mounting bolts. Can't run it with pop up front... motors are in the way. I must also mention I am still using OEM radiator as well.

Hey man, hope this picture helps. I didn’t cut the upper rad support like most people do. I cut behind the headlights although I didn’t cut the headlight brackets that bolts on.
