Well, heres a shot in the dark for anyone who wants a CA18. This build has been a nightmare for me, the amount of money spent and time wasted for me to get frustrated over something so stupid. In order to not waste your time with anymore reading I’m selling this swap for 5K, the price is firm. I know your next guess is that im a habitual narcotics abuser.. at this point in my life i probably should start. If you don’t like the price then turn away from this post. Total run time on this swap right now is 5 minutes.

I bought this motor off of someone teared apart, and basically rebuilt everything. Forged internals, bored 20 over, crank was machined, head was machined, valves were replaced. I have paperwork for it. I have paperwork for everything new bought if i needed to be replaced i replaced it. If i ran into an issue with something i just bought it new. I have a folder with a parts list/ receipts of over 10k into it.

Apexi ECU with a brand new commander in box still haven’t plugged in yet. 550cc injectors thick head gasket oil pump wiring specialties harness custom down pipe new GT28 turbo the list keeps going but I’m not going to state everything unless your seriously inquiring. The motor is still in the vehicle if you want to hear it run.

After spending a weekend of trying to fix someone else’s mistakes in which i paid a good amount of money for, finish everything up and finally hear it running i noticed an oil line leaking from the turbo. Its pretty much consumed my life to the point where id rather just cut my losses, sell everything and start from scratch. Again.

If i ever have the desire to take the time and fix this leak, ill keep it. But i highly doubt it. I will not part anything out, buy the full swap or buy nothing. You can call or text me at any time.

Sorry, if i dont understand. 5k for a ca18.. What is the problem? Is the turbo screwed or what? Just seems like you went 99% of the way just to stop at something small
