why call it rice? Its not like its specifically for some other car and you're fitting it to yours in hopes of making it look cool. They're just guages. I think they look pretty cool. Screw anyone who says they're "rice".

KPH?? what's that??

anyways, they're $75 from procarparts.com... although there's an ebay auction going on now (if you bid on it... you DIE!!! lol, j/k) so maybe i'll be able to get them for like $70 shipped.... who knows... about the rice.... yeah, they're rice. they're unnecessary, and won't really help me drive in any way (although they look cool... and would assumably be easily visible, in which case they ARE useful!! baah.... whatev. i like em... rice or not. hell, i like single wiper conversions, stickers, gunmetal wheels on black cars, initial d, drifting, and turbos!! i'm a frickin rice-o-holic baby!!

There is no accounting for taste... can I have your old indilgo gauges... you said every dollar counts... I'll buy into that so gimme your used! First dibs!

KPH: Kilometer per hour.

I would never get used to MPH gauges.

my old gauges are in the for sale forum.... $30 shipped... i think that's fair... (i might be able to get more if i was patient and actually looked for prospective buyers... but eh... wtf. i want new ones)

and don't those gauges have the KPH reading in small lettering?? same as my current indiglos....

I know I should ask there... but they are in perfect shape and everything, cause if they are, how can I pay you? You take paypal, cause I am canadian and that's easier.

i have a paypal account... but can you actually receive money through a normal account??? if i can then sure... otherwise i guess it'd be money order.

the gauges are in perfect condition. if you want i can get a pic of them as they are. the only thing seperating them from their brand new form is me having already stripped the wire ends to hook them up... they work, and there's no visable damage, so....

anyways, my paypal is the same as my e-mail: [email protected]

and if you're josh... you've got 2 replies. although i'm pretty sure '97's and '98's had a different gauge cluster..... which is why the thread in the for sale forum states '95-96.....
anyways, might wanna check that.

I myself am not too keen on the available aftermarket guage faces for our cars, but have to say that those are actually prett neat. Coupled with the led needles from Import Intellegence I think they'd look coll as shit..IMO.

Who's to say they are "rice".....I installed just plain old white face gauges with red numbers in my girls Honda Civic and seeing as how they go great with a red car, what's the problem???..."rice"...that word gets tossed around way too much nowadays. If you like it then get it..."F" everyone else right?

Here's a bad pic of what red bulbs with red bulb condoms looks like:

http://members.aol.com/pj0/gauges.jpg

it looks a lot better than that, trust me. This is what my gauges were like before I went to indiglo. It looks so well that my friend Rob (who has a Sil-Eighty btw) did the same thing (damn copycat )
I'm going to get my hands on some LED wedge bulbs like i've been saying this weekend... i'll probably go with blue to match the reverse indiglo gauges.

Hence why I said make a group buy. Speedhut will make gauges for any car if there is enough interest. Just get 20 people interested in gauges for the 240 and give them an email to notify the interest. Trust me, it'll happen.
