New. Painted the backing deep blue with some dookie splatter, fitted in my car and decided to go with a suede/alcantra seat. This GS fabric is NICE and comfy compared to some of the other seats I've seen. Comes with rails/sliders (no bracket). $240 picked up in Anaheim, CA.
