Hey guys,
I’m in the process of swapping an 89 from a sohc to a dohc.
Im prepping the 89, the 93 is rusty and is the donor car.
I’ve removed the ecu, pulled the harness through the firewall into the bay and everything is unplugged until it gets to the fuse box. Do I remove the fuse box and the rest of the wiring or will the dohc harness plug into the sohc fuse box? Looks like it just goes to battery, lights and horn.
Just trying to save myself as much time as possible. Thanks for any help!
Also, any tips on getting connectors loose? I tried quickly to unplug the engine harness from the fuse box, and wow, they are stuck right! Trying not to break anything! Brittle as it is. Thanks again!!
