On the yahoo auctions page, automotive is tenth down.
In the automotive section: the first down is cars, (Nissan is second to the bottom of the car list on the left-hand side of the screen) the third down is accessories, 11th is parts, 13th is maintenance, and 17th is books and magazines.
In the accessory section: fourth down is badges, eighth is shift knobs, ninth is stickers, and 18th is holders
In the parts section:
2- Engine, Supercharger, Cooling (presumably turbo as well)
3- Clutch, transmission, and differential
4- computer
5- suspension
6- seat
7- steering wheel
8- tire
9- tower/roll bar (not quite sure what that means, didn't look)
10- mirrors
11- filter
12- brakes
13- horn
14- wheels
15- muffler/exhaust
16- lights
17- aero
18- gauges
19- electrical
20- interior
21-parts car

its real cute because before makoto jumps in I'll post whore for a second. he's like me, been in the scene for a while, had another login and forgot part of the info for it and couldn't get back into it. just like I did. I had another screename on here but forgot what the p/w was and which email I used to start it so lost it and had to redo it.

I don't know why people browse Yahoo Japan auctions....it's like, "Why don't I torture myself by looking at all the nicest, cleanest, most bad-ass 240s, all going for $4000~5000."

on a side note, can someone who lives in japan buy the parts, and i'll pay to have them shipped to florida, plus i give you a little moola on the side for helping?

They don't really like dealing with car parts though, and attach extra fees for most big pieces. :squintd:
I just had a set of flcas, tie rods, and ends shipped out (you don't want to know how much); once you include that the total price is basically comparable to buying from good online shops in America. That's why I mostly use it for hard to find stuff.

Rinkya is a rip-off.
I'm glad I have friends in Japan.

I know rinkya sucks. I just hate being asked to get parts from people I don't know.

well than mrmeph, clearly we need to set up a dinner and a movie. If you play your cards right, I might be able to swing some ice cream later on.
but seriously though. Its next to impossible to find a distributor cap, and rotor for my SR20DE. I'd like to have a back up, for maintaince purposes. Think theres any way you can get your hands on that stuff? Id toss you an extra 20 bucks for your trouble!
That, and I would give you my first born for an HKS header.

I wasn't referring to you specifically. Just throwing out rinkya as an idea. Those parts should be available from your local Nissan dealer (if you can provide the correct part numbers).
