So I’ve been searching and reading about voltage offsets for hours now and just about give up.

I have a 91 Silvia SR20DET, and installed Tomei 555cc side mount injectors bought from Enjuku. https://www.enjukuracing.com/products/tomei-nismo-555cc-fuel-injectors-nissan-sr20det-ka24de.html

I can’t seem to find a voltage offset chart for them for my MAP tune. The only info I’ve found is the .71msec bit. (Found on TomeiUSA.com)

Does anyone know where I can find the VOLTAGE OFFSET CHART for say 8-16vdc?

Nearest chart I found was here: http://forums.haltech.com/download/file.php?id=251, but it doesn’t spec the 555’s.

Also read they are Nippon Denso / Bosch just rebranded.

The car idles poorly on cold start and stalls out. Can anyone help with hard data or links?

I’m in for like $10 grand on this turbo & tune upgrade project and it sucks to be stuck at the tuning stage just missing some numbers.

Supporting mods are:
T28 Turbo (S15 spec R)
Walbro 255 fuel pump
ISR FPR
Tomei 555cc injectors
CX Racing FMIC
HKS ssqv BOV
AEM wideband
Hallman manual Boost controller
Apexi boost gauge
ProEFI 48 ECU
ProEFI color display
MAP sensor
Air temp sensor
Fuel pressure sensor

My shop says I need the primary offset, battery voltage offset, and voltage dead time to properly program the ECU.

I’ve reached out to Enjuku, who reached out to Tomei, but haven’t heard back from them as of yet.

Thanks guys.

Got the info, so parking this here for the next guy looking:

This is for the Tomei 555cc injectors. They are manufactured by Nippon Denso, and may be rebranded NISMO 555cc or TOMEI 555cc. (According to Enjuku’s website)

This was in an email sent to me from Tomei USA, which was forwarded from Tomei Japan.

Tomei 555cc injector data
Flow: 555cc
Latency: 0.71
FUEL MAP-Trim: 66%
Part number: 195012
Description: Side Feed, High IMP, Circle, Yellow

Voltage offset:
8V: 1.795
10V: 1.179
12V: 0.83
14V: 0.584
16V: 0.403

I’ll post again after my tuner enters in those values, and any tweaking he does to the numbers from there.

Cheers
