UPDATE: CAR IS SOLD!

hey guys! I've had it for 2 years and I was planning on having this become a nice project car, but time has slipped away. Selling to make the wife happy. She wants a newer car that "has airbags" lol. Anyways, the car has a clean title with a stock KA24DE, with 346,5xx miles currently on the car. I've only put around 16k miles on it since I bought it. The previous owner told me he had the engine rebuilt before sell. Never had any problems until recently, it would have a rough idle and stall on cold mornings, but I cleaned the idle control valve and haven't had a problem since.

Mishimoto 2 row radiator
Mishimoto silicone hoses
New water pump
New thermostat
Electronic controlled radiator fans
Nismo shift knob
Apexi dual tip exhaust catback
S15 driver seat
JDM manual seat belts with A,B, and C pillar trims
Tomei LSD- was on the car when I bought it, has a 4.1 gear ratio
ISR adjustable arms
Exedy stage 1 clutch
Drilled and slotted rotors, front and back
KYB Excel G struts
Eibach lowering springs
Unknown 27mm front sway bar
Cusco front strut bar
aftermarket radio

most of the list was on the car when I bought it. The only things I did was the radiator, hoses, transmission fluid, rear diff oil and the seat belts. I change the oil every 3k miles or 3 months, whichever comes first with Eneos 5w-40. This is my daily driven car and I drive on streets and highways.

Car will come with extra stuff as I don't need them anymore, unless buyer doesn't want them:
2- 1L Eneos 5w-40
2- oil filters
spare diffs
-one with no input shafts, unknown condition
-5 bolt 180sx(supposedly) lsd with s14 cover
DC header
a set of SPL rear control arms
original front seatbelts with pillars
a set of HKS coilovers, I believe they're hypermax and I don't know the condition, came with the car not installed

Cons:
-LSD makes noise when turning, same sound as a broken welded diff
-Bubble rust on top of front windshield passenger side
-window trimmings are starting to fall apart
-trunk takes in water from somewhere when it rains, haven't been able to find location, but no rust in trunk
-passenger window might need to be adjusted needs new window lining
-when cruising around 40mph, there's a humming noise, I think its the -center driveshaft bearing
-to be honest, the carpet and the passenger seat have seen better days
-Rims are knock offs, look like they were damaged at one point and fixed, would recommend those to be replaced

I'm asking $3,500 obo. shoot a offer, the worst thing I can say is no. texting me will be the best way to get a hold of me. located in the West Los Angeles area.
