I have a turbo kit that I pieced together a while back to turbo my Ka..But then realized that my ka had too many miles 190,000 miles and that would be too much for a ka to handle and I never got to put it on. here is what it includes. I am not going to part it out.
1)Bottom Mount T-25 Flange Turbo manifold. Made in Japan by a small shop there for a guy who wanted to turbo his mini-van which has the ka in it over there. It is not some cheap ss-autochrome manifold. intake runners line up nicely. and the welds are done very clean..One of a kind and never replicated.
2)Brand new t-28 turbo, not a garrett I don't know what the brand of the turbo is all I know is that it has a t-25 flange and it has a 60 AR.
3) The ka oil pan not drilled yet. Its universal for s-13 or s-14.
4)stainless steel braided Oil line and oil drain plug for the oil pan..The only thing I'm missing is the turbo oil inlet and restrictor you can get that for like 10 bux total from atpturbo.com
5) 4 370 cc 300zx Turbo injectors..
6)Greddy emanage piggy back that came from a GREDDY TURBO KIT PRE-TUNED by greddy for the 370cc inj just plug and play. with instructions to wire into a 95 and up 240sx .
7)s-14 SR20DET Side mount intercooler all of it including the s-14 hot pipe, recirculation valve, and the air duct. except for a I think 2 silicon hoses that you can purchase from autozone.
8) The touge factory turbo outlet the one that is sectioned off. like the HKS
9)Sr20det turbo pipes the turbo inlet and outlet.
10)The manifold-to-head gasket, turbo gaskets(outlet inlet ) turbo to manifold gasket.
11)I also have a greddy down pipe. Its pre-drilled for the o2 sensor perfectly where it would go for the s-14 and I have the bung that needs to be welded to the down pipe so the o2 sensor won't leak. it is a snug fit but its a precaution.
This kit is 99.5% complete except for the the 2 silicon hoses and the oil pan that needs to be drilled for the oil drain. I also have the Greddy turbo kit instructions so you can drill it according to Greddy and where they say is good.
I'm asking $2000 obo shipped this will cost me 75-80 bux to ship. Thats what I have in it. Remember this has never been installed. It has never been used however the manifold was mounted on the head to make sure everything was nice and clear I will have pics only on request just email me please don't reply on this post. my email is [email protected]
