i searched!!! how do u clean the film from zenki headlights

i bought a beater zenki and the headlights are crusty , like usual. how do u guys clean these things?

Don't think you've searched hard enough.

But anyways, I used metal polish, elbow grease, and a few rags.

600 then 2000 grit paper with *very important* 3m rubbing compound (on the back it says for 1500 and finer grit finished surfaces) it's like $10 from Pepboys... works like a charm... then finish with some sort of plastic polish (if you want) and it'll look shiny and new.

damn are you serious you searched? because they're so many threads on this and all that. but yeah. you dont need to go with the 600 grit paper if you dont want. just wetsand with the 2000 grit and then after just clear coat it or polish it.

go to freshalloy and do a search for a post by 'stickgoat' regarding this topic... worked great for me.
