Just installed my Nardi wheel in my 92 HICAS with an HKB Hub from JSPEC (PINK BOX, thanks Sam), it's supposedly the HICAS version. When I installed it, no harnesses were able to hook up to the hub (excep the horn), so to me it was a normal hub made for any other s13. Some things I noticed after I installed the hub/wheel:

-No horn (didn't splice the wire to connect to the hub-->wheel.
-HICAS light turns on after 5-10 minutes of driving.
-Turn signal does have the automatic turn-off after you make a turn.
-Feels as if I don't even have powersteering anymore, but after 2 days of driving, I've gotten used to it.
-Steering feels like there's a split second lag time, also, when making a turn, the wheel doesn't fully correct itself after the turn like it used to.

Anyone have any input on any of the new things I noticed? Or how to fix? Also, what is the other HKB hub, I think it was in a green or blue box. I'll post a pic of what it says on my HKB box after work since it mentions HICAS in it, but the rest in japanese.

I also came across some write up on how to rewire cruise control, but figured I don't really need it, so I don't need tips on re-wiring the cruise. Thanks in advance.

If nothing else....I'll get used to it.

Horn is your fault, HICAS light COULD be low PS fluid. Might want to make sure the hub is installed correctly? No PS? again, low PS fluid, or if you've got a smaller diameter wheel, the turning will be harder. Have you driven a non-PS 240? It's pretty hard at slow speeds. Lag? dunno. Maybe you're just used to the big sloppy stock wheel. Lack of self-correcting is fairly common.

Yeah, I checked my PS fluid, but it wasn't low. Hopefully the hub is on right, i read on the HKB box that it's supposed to be greased before you install, but I didn't even bother doin that. I drove an SR s13 non-PS and my steering isn't nearly as hard. Somewhere in between. I guess I'll just get used to it mayne...oh and I got it for $60 shipped from JSPEC.com. Thanks all...

Do you have an aftermarket wheel mrmephistopheles?

Now I'm just wondering about that HICAS light...

I noticed that the turn signal no longer self-cancels in my car, but since my install it's become subconscious to just turn it off after completing a turn. My horn only works every once in a while, but I don't really care. (Although I could've used it when some guy was backing into my car... too bad I didn't have the wheel on at that juncture. I've got a quick release, by the way.)

Sure do.
On our HICAS 180sx, we bought it with a 350mm MOMO, I put on a 360mm Nardi Classico, and now I have a 330mm Nardi Classico on it.
