Nope...doesn't look like it. Nissan lists a part # of 23100-70F00R for the S14 rebuilt alternators, (95 thru 98).... 95 SE's use part #23100-70F05R.
Altima's use part #23100-1E800R (95-97) or 23100-9E000 (98).
Even if the bolt patterns were to match up on both, you'ld still have to deal with the wiring harness plugging into the alternator AND the internal voltage regulating circuit which might fry your ECU and other electrical components due to possibly different voltage regulators in each alternator...240 vs Altima...
Only way to know for sure is to try it & find out.
Anyhow, hope this answers your question.

Would there be any negative effects of running an S13 KA alternator on an S14 SR20DET? The s13 is 80 amps while the s14 is 90 amps I BELIEVE. I've been running this for 1/2 a week now and no problems so far. Just wondering if it is ok

Should be okay provided you don't run a killer thumping stereo system. The alternator wouldn't be able to provide enough power to charge your battery enough cuz the system will be drawing too much power from the battery. You should be okay though.
