Spinning light thingies on rims

What are those things (located on/behind the rims somewhere) that light up when you change speed/break?

Its possible they don't exist but just wonderin &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>

How can it be for show cars when the car needs to get rolling since it depends on the wheel's rotation? the car has to be moving, so it's not for show cars, it's for 16-yr old kids that think it's Kool, like type-r stickers and motorsports decals <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':crazy:'> oh yeah, and don't forget the windshield wiper led's...

lol, that is that I thought... but what can you do... I would be afraid they would trigger someones epilepse or something like that and you would have a huge court case when they drive off the road... kinda like strobes... oh well.

I think they are called Ricey lil pieces of crap...

rice, yeah, there rice alright, its the Neon radioactive rice that makes you sterile and causes a hideous honda mutation, its rice of the worst kind, its to be avoided, besides, like they said before, what would stop &nbsp;someone from snatching them, then you would lose money, personally, i thought they look okay, but easy to steal, and i wouldnt want them on my car, but to each his own, &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cool.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':cool:'>
