So i am having this issue with my sr20 where it only makes around 1 or 2 pounds of boost at around 4000 rpm and i was wondering if its because i have a boost leak. ill link the video im also curious if a boost leak would have the same effect as a vacuum leak meaning it sounds cammed when the engine is warm

Your boost gauge is hooked up pre-throttle body so you should change that so you can get a vacuum reading with the throttle plate closed.
Your car isn't going to make boost just free-revving.

You are only running about 10inHg on vaccum, should be more like 20-22. I would definitely say you have a boost leak.
- you arent going to make any boost sitting idle, gotta drive it to do that.
- Is your MAF setup draw through or blowthrough?
- are you familiar with how to do a boost leak test?

im not sure if it is draw thgough or blow through, but here is what the intake looks like. i do not have the supplies to do a boost leak test yet but i should probably buy them

It's draw through, since your MAF is before the turbo.
Always start with the boost leak test, it will save you hours of headaches

No boost with no load unless you have launch control / antilag
