They go pretty low, not the lowest out there but much lower than this and the car becomes unusable to an extent.

great, the swifts make a huge difference. ohio roads are fucking awful and i never rub or scrape. great setup if you want a low car that can still perform well.

Whats the reason for under-valving the dampers?

Bought them as 14/12, then swapped an rb25 into my car and the front felt bouncy due to all the added weight. So i just bought 16k springs for the front, and moved the 14s to the back.
