alright Ihave searched this subject, but I saw a new s15 turbo for like 700 bux or something somewhere and they say 320 hp can be had, and full ball bearing, also the disco potato gt28rs is around the same specs but some places is 1400, I think ive seen them for around 1000 bux before, and then there is the gt2541 or whichever that one is, that requires some hot and intake pipe modification, but I have searched this one and not many people talk about it, I really just want a quick fun weekend car and am leaning towards the t28's but is it really worth goin to the 28 rs over the stock s13, IM not all up there about turbos so maybe im just quoting bad information as far as hp numbers but this is what im reading.
oh and dont flame me, I know theres more than enought infor on t28s and shit out ther, I just want to know what you guys think about goin to the gt28rs over the stock s15, is it worth it.

exactly, but from the site Im reading that their HP numbers are going to be very similar, unless the site is just quoting wrong numbers, Id rather just get the s15 and save a few dollars.

DISCO POTATO IS THE SHIT.
Anyways the s15 turbo is going to peak out before the disco will. stock wastegate pressure is 11.5 on the disco as opposed to 7 on the s15.
As with the disco or any t28 you will need to modify your oil return lines. That's the rearranging.
I love my potato. Spools so fast, especially on the highway. With any turbo upgrade you're going to love it way more than t25. My car pulls way harder and in a wider range than the t25. :yum:

shit I already love my stock boost compared to the v6 mustang Ive been haulin myself around in for the last few years, but even then this other one listed above will flow to 400 so I will have some reserved power if in the future I want to tinker, either way I guess it would be up to the disco or the 2871.

yah see I heard like 330 and then 330 from the gt28rs, but then on other sites ive seen it say 350 gt28rs. but I think that 2871 sounds good, prolly overkill for me but who cares.

it wont be overkill, the maximum possibility of a turbo is NOT what you want your turbo sized to

Mike, look at the flow charts on the turbos. Decide which one is the best for the car, and the driving your going to do.
