detonation or bad turbo manifold gasket?

at full boost i hear a weird noise, it kind of sounds like fluttering or something ive heard detonation before (not from this car) and it doenst sound like pinging, could my exhaust manifold gasket be the cause? its in 2 pieces i think but it should still be sealing it.

Drive it for 1 or 2 more weeks. You will quickly find out if its detonation when you have a golf ball sized hole in your piston(s). I'm pretty sure you answered your own question.
