Yeep, the alternator fuse is dead, what do you recommend me to do? I cant find it anywhere in town, Napa, Piston Service, and even Jose's all say its hard to find a 75A replacement fuse exactly like the one I have. So I called up Nissan and they said they'd have to special order it and it owuld cost 18$. My car is stranded, is there any alternatives from the 75A fuse? Do you think I could manage if I dropped it to 60?

Try this place:

Around $3 bucks for the Female PAL fuse. You might want to give them a call though, just to see if they have a 75 amp fuse in stock. Their webpage only shows 60 & 80 amps, but no 75. I'm sure they have a 75 lying around somewhere.
Anyhow, hope this helps...
