Hello everyone,
I have recently fixed the speedometer on my 1996 Zenki, but there is no signal to the ecu. I am trying to get the car to pass the retarded emissions test, but I think the speed signal is what is keeping the ECU from setting the monitors (can anyone confirm this?) My car is a manual swap, so the automatic transmission control unit had to be removed to fit the clutch pedal. Do you think this is messing up the signal? I tested the wire from the cluster to the ecu and got good continuity. Really not sure what is wrong.
