You’re lowballing this guy roughly 31%, to anyone that’s a substantial amount to lose out on. As a person that’s also in the market for wheels I fully understand you wanting to get a good deal, I really do. Used wheels aren’t worth what brand new wheels are worth period. Exspecially without Tires. You should buy them 2600 for used wheels seems reasonable. He could say no and we can negotiate I’m willing to do that. Lol.
