If you rebarrel the outer lips with 4.5 inch lip, you will get the 18x10 width you're looking for. Not too sure of the offset however, but I do know the offset will be lower than +35, possibly around the 0 to +15 range.

Bump. I know someone wants 18 inch Blitz 03’s.

I have a source that can get a pair of 4.5in new outer lips specifically for Blitz 03’s for $150 shipped!
