Fuck 'em if they can't take a joke. The only people watching and laughing at these shorts are people like us that grew up with the 'Joes 15-20 years ago... it's not diluting the brand or hurting their business.

It might be considered legal satire/parody, but I doubt the creators of these shorts have the budget for lawyers that can prove that.
