I am taking the car to my tuner in the next couple weeks, just to get her dialed in. At this time, will have pictures, videos, and dyno results. Hoping to have all of this done no later than the end of this month.
Background summary:
I bought this as a rolling chassis back in High School, spent about 5ish years building this car, but now, I am now burnt out with it. I no longer have the time, patience, money, or love for this thing anymore; my loss is your gain.
I have well over $20k in parts into this car. Makes about 400whp, on reasonable tune, but could make more if desired. No test drives unless cash is in hand.

Cons:
Custom hood paint does not match exactly
Runs "warm" in high (100 degree plus) SoCal heat; may want to consider new or different electric fans (keep in mind it is a rotary lol)
No power steering (FB bracket would be ideal if desired)
No Sway Bars
Removed Headlight Motors
Missing Left Door Mirror Glass
You should know this - Won't pass smog (probably still wouldn't if it was stock)
Could use a new tune (I can lead you to the right place if desired)
