Yes, they are Brembo supplied brakes used by different manufacturers. Will work with the CTS-V brakes adapter brackets for the S13 and S14. Was planning to use them on my S13. Letting them go cheap because I need the money elsewhere right now.

No worries, well it has two broken pieces which can be easily reattached with some light fiberglass work.These are legit "Origin" just letting them go cheap because of the damage. Left side is in great shape.
