When I moved from TX to New York, I switched my titles over so it would be easier to sell, once the time came. Even that process took about 4 months.

Like 4 out of state people that showed up for my 98 partout asked why I parted it due to the lack of title and that they've had experience with titleless cars from NH and had no issue registering it as long as the DMV person realized it was from NH. I think people just think I'm trying to pull a fast one on them.
