If you have the key would you sell the keys and all the lock cylinders? Both doors, trunk, and the full iignition switch assembly
I know the bolt heads would have to be drilled out but they should be able to be done so that the bolts can still be spun out and he assembly can still be used, or a small punch and hitting it around the edges to spin them out has worked for me in the past a few times.
I just bought a 14 but someone lost the keys and the ignition switch has a key broken in it so I'm on the hunt.
