For what I paid and how it feels I don't think it is? Is there anything I can look for to confirm?

You can tell by the holes on the spokes, the smaller holes are further away from the leather. The back of the wheels you can see they used cheap glue and does a sloppy job. The back of the horn button should have the ATC logo stamped.
