Parts to keep??

when i do my sr20 swap into my 91 240...what parts do I need to keep??? i am just curious because i want to start pulling out the motor, and need to get rid of as much as possible...i have looked at the heavythrottle website but was just wondering if there is anything else i might need/want to know??
