ooook so whats a BPU supra?

Im pretty sure it means the basic bolt ons. Maybe Basic Power Upgrades. &nbsp;Maybe somebody help me out <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>

interesting, and if thats the case, is that truelly enough for a "BPU" Supra tt to be hanging with porsche tt's?

BPU means basic performance upgrades, i.e. intake, downpipe, catback, boost controller, fcd...... that is what they are referring to as a BPU supra....it basically means the first mods one usually does to upgrade a car, bolt-ons though.
It would be like us buying a header, intake, catback and wires.
I hoped this has helped, I had a MK4 Supra TT bpu++

WIth lots of sexy tuning...
www.suprastore.com has the best bpu supra parts...
they hvae a supra there with freaking 3 turbo's...
they have a supra there capable of 1200 hp...for sale.
nice stuff if toyota's floats your boat...

a strong BPU supra will hit 450+ at the wheels. &nbsp;800+ is only seen on upgraded turbos, front mount, etc.

The tri-turbo car can be seen at Intense Motorsport's website http://www.i-m-racing.com look under project cars. &nbsp;I have seen that car, the turbo setup looks pretty cool.

only problem with saying you have a bpu 240 is they are still slow <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('>

Now an ESR 240 or a BTE 240 would be something to brag about &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>

Acutally, BPU is sorta like N/A Tune Stage 1 (I/H/E) just in turbo aspects of things
