Recently Photobucket has changed it's service to block 3rd party hosting on non-paying accounts.
Currently there is a $399/yr ($39/mo) charge to host images outside of photobucket.
It appears the monster image host has rolled out this update silently, with no signs of life on their twitter since the change.
