These Top Secret shift knobs are 10mm and they are weighted. They are made from aluminimum and come with your choice of insert (subject to availability).
Choice of inserts include:

300 ps over - cars over 300 ps

400 ps over - cars over 400 ps

5 speed shift pattern

The ps over has shift points reflective of what Top Secret cars shift at, at that specific ps. Basically, the shift points on the knobs are the shift points on the Top Secret cars.
