Here's the run down I had a stock radiator never overheated on me went to a drift event car started overheating while waiting on the grid. So next week I got an aluminum radiator and car drove fine never overheated until today drove about 3 min and car started overheating. So I buy a new thermostat we bleed the system and it's fine. So once the car was cool I popped the rad cap and topped it off to make sure I'm at full level. I drive to the store really quick and car starts overheating so I bleed the bleeder valve again ( on a flat parking lot) and car is fine no overheating good to go so I get back in my car to go home from a friends house and it starts over heating once again so I bleed the bleeder valve for some reason a constant stream of coolant isn't coming out? But the car isn't overheating now I'm home and there's a drift event tomorrow ( not drifting but want to attempt to spectate) what could be the problem to this? I searched online for answers and no one had this problem I was contemplating the water pump but there isn't any noises coming out of it or leaking so I don't think that's my problem. My question is why is the bleeder valve not "bleeding" the coolant out but once I start it a few time open it up it fine? The first time I bled the valve it streamed out so I'm assuming the system had no air bubbles but not it seems like it got bubble for some odd reason?

Hmmm troubeshooting overheating issues can be really tough. In the past I've pulled my car into the garage and let it idle long enough to get good and hot and start looking for coolant leaks. You might see a small puddle of coolant on the garage floor or a wet hose or something. Just be patient and inspect everything.

You've already replaced the radiator so that's probably okay

Does the cooling system hold pressure when the engine is warm? I had a bad cap not hold pressure and all the coolant gets pumped out into the overflow. small coolant leak would also cause this. Did you bleed with the heater on as well?

I have my ac controls removed I think I've bled the system enough it doesn't over heat now let's hope it doesn't start to overheat at the track in a couple weeks

I'm assuming since I only took off the bottom hose to replace the tstat there was just a ton of air in the system so everytime I bled the bleeder and I saw coolant come out I thought it was fine but there was probably air behind that coolant leaking out

Small leak in hose under the manifold. That is hard to see. That's what happened the time mine was leaking

That could be a issue unless you tapped off the heater hoses as well because bleeding the system with the heat on is pretty important

The bleeding process is very important, make sure the car is angled and use a proper funnel, also be sure to squeeze all the hoses with some thicker gloves on throughout the bleeding process while blasting the heat.

This sounds like a very usual overheating issue, not unusual as you say

Car is still over heating some how it's got a shit ton of air in the system could this be because of the no heater thing? I don't get it because when I first did this swap Ijust poured in coolant and didn't even bleed the system and the car lasted like 4 months driving without over heating only time it started overheating was at the track

Here's another thing I've noticed, the top hose is getting hard to squeeze when the car is overheating but now it's not overheating anymore and when it doesn't the top hose is soft

Now I let the car sit for like 3 min and start it up and temperature is normal in the middle. Before I left the house I bled my bleeder valve to make sure all air was out and it was straight coolant dropped out no bubbles now I just got back home and opened the bleeder valve and it can legit be left for like a minute and no coolant is coming out..... these symptoms aren't the usual

Also I keep reading online that the top and lower rad hose should be warm and that the top should only be hot and bottom cold idk what's supposed to be what for me the top hose is hot and the bottom is cool
