The car up for sale is a 1993 Nissan 240sx Hatchback. It has a 5-speed manual transmission, and is maroon in color. The car has 168,500 miles on it and has been maintained very well all it's life. As for all it's conditions I'll list them below in their catagories.
Mechanical - Small Oil leak - I replaced the Front Main Seal, and now something else is leaking on the driver's side of the motor - I do believe the oil pan gasket has something to do with part of it...the engine is old so the gaskets are starting to go, the pain in the *** one has been replaced. The tranny shifts smoothly, at times when it is cold it's somewhat difficult to get into reverse, but other than that it's good. Timing chain tick is there like all of these cars with stock motors. The Emergency Brake doesn't work - I replaced the rear rotors and pads and the emergency brake went out - Idk if i just knocked a hose loose or if it just happened to go out at the time - either way not *that* hard of a fix to do yourself nor that expensive. Lastly, the car overheats when you leave it sitting at idle for an extended period of time - I'd say 20-30 min. of it just running without you driving it. When you drive it, it stays at normal operating temp. Reason of the overheating - the guy who put in the alarm spliced the fan wires to power the alarm - so something's goofy with that, so you'll have to dig up the positive and negative wires for the fan and see where they are going and what they are doing - I know the positive one is under a fuse in the fuse box, as for the negative one - idk...it's not *that* big of a deal, and probably a pretty simple fix - just some time to dig up a few wires...I also will have a brand new PCV Valve that will come with the car - I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to replace it - yes, a pain in the ***, but a good thing to change as I'm sure it's got the stock 168K on it.

Exterior - Very minimal rust for the midwest with it's harsh winters. Two tiny bubbles - one on each side of the car on the bottom of the A-pillar, and then two small bubbles - one on each side of the car in front of the rear tire on the side skirt, and the rust hasn't broken past the paint yet, it's just bubbled up paint. There's a pretty good amount of dents and dings on the body, and a few paint chips - some sanding/bondo work/ and a paint job would make it all look beautiful of course.

Interior - Good condition - the seats/carpet has a few stains - nothing terrible for an 11 yr. old car, and good carpet cleaning/scrubbing would help well. The interior is Grey cloth. A good 3 inch tear in the carpet where your right foot would go in the driver's seat, except for that - no tears or holes anywhere else. The dash is in great condition, no cracks, all vents are still there, and once again NO cracks at all.

New things - rear tires are brand new - front tires still have a good 70% tread left on them. rear brake pads are new, as well as the rear rotors, but the rotors were replaced with used ones - so you'll probably need to replace them in the near future - as for the front ones, they are starting to squeak, so new rotors up front would be good - I have all brand new front pads to give you. As I said, the front main seal is brand new. The radiator has also been replaced, it blew up on me when I first left the car running, and that was how I learned about the fan's electrical problem.

Misc. - The rear defroster doesn't work, and the two lights that let you know of the A/C and the re-circulate air are on - don't work. - The A/C still blows cold. As for the two lights and rear defroster - once again, something screwy with the alarm - I'm sure if you looked you'd just find two ends of wires that need to be connected and they'd work again - it all worked before I tore the alarm out.
