This ER Spec Magnaflow catalytic converter was created for the Nissan 240sx 89-98. It’s a high flow, 3 Inch catalytic converter with a honeycomb design that operates significantly better than any stock catalytic converter. This part bolts to any 3" SR downpipe or aftermarket header and to any Cat-Back exhaust system.

Environmentally conscious state regulations generally require some sort of catalytic converter, as these crucial parts reduce the amount of harmful chemicals that your car releases into the environment. However, the problem with a stock catalytic converter is that usually it restricts your exhaust flow, which results in lower horsepower and torque. A stock converter can also be easily clogged and needs to be frequently replaced.

Utilizing: Magnaflow or Catco Brand Cats. Depending on availability

Hello Drift_86,

Yes this can be shipped to California. However it's for offroad use only. If you were trying to pass California State Inspection I know the cores are Magnaflow Cores and this is how they are rated: Magnaflow Site
"All Federal catalytic converters meet EPA requirements. Federal Catalytic Converters are not legal for sale, installation or use on vehicles registered in the state of California.

• Stainless steel construction
• Federal Emissions compliant design
• Formulated for Gas and Diesel Applications"

So they are not CARB Compliant and will not pass California State Inspections.

Thank you!
