not your normal brake problem?!?

ok.. just got done with my 5 lug conversion with my s14... i bleed all the brakes...and i did it right... it took me 2 big bottles to realize it may be something else... the pedal feels awsome when the car is off... turn the car on.. and the brake fades to the floor after a few pumps... not hard pumps either.... so i just drive it up and down the street just to see how it feels.. and the pedal pumps it self kinda like small pump..... and fades close to the floor but doesnt touch all the way... if anybody can help... i would really really apreciate it..

also.. i noticed my rear calipers the rubber boot is messed up... and on one of them i have to take the piston out to screw it back in..

So you replaced the master cylinder as well?

check your vaccum ? the hose maybe lose somewhere.
