They do come with the extended studs.

fyi, those are 20mm total per pair, so they are 10mm spacers.

Dangit. I really needed 20mm spacers, i guess the measurement of the actual spacer would have been better then a picture of the box. They did look pretty slim to be 20mm, the studs looked pretty short too.. :/
