Strange electrical problem

I have this small issue for a while and can't seem to figure out what's going on. Basically whenever you hit the brakes the front running lights slightly turn on and flicker as well as the clock on the dash. I've looked over wiring diagrams to figure out where there could be a short but can't seem to figure out where those cross paths. Anyone had a similar issue?

I relocated both fender harnesses, so it's actually not that. I'm actually thinking it's the way the previous owner wired in the radio. He suspiciously ran a power wire from the fuse box... going to redo that and see if the problem goes away

test your tcu with a new one ??

verify that nothing is chafing anywhere when the fender harnesses got routed.
