Hi everyone,

So I have this problem with my S13. I removed the OEM strut bar a while ago and now it won't fit. The one side of the engine bay leans towards the inside and its off like 2-3cm.

What the hell happened, did the chassis bend? If yes, is that fixable?

Thanks in advance

p.s (the photo is from a random S13, just used it to illustrate what I mean)

was it parked on an uneven surface?
were your wheels straight?

thanks for your reply.

hm I wouldn't say that. It was in my garage. It doesn't have the most symmetric surface but I don't believe it would be able to cause any damage to a chassis.

Yes the wheels were straight.

Another important info is that my suspension was super stiff all that time, I don't know if that played any role into bending the chassis.

chassis flex is very common and actually an important aspect to any car.
i would try jacking it up from 2 points just behind the front wheels and try again.
if that doesnt work them just go ham on your strut tower with a big hammer and piece of two by four
