Hey all

for my Consumer Behavior class I have to ask people the following 2 questions:
Feel Free to answer very briefly

1) Name 2 or 3 BORING car companies (ie ones that you dont find exciting)

2) Name 2 key traits that you would be attracted to if buying a new car (ie price and horsepower, features and reliability, etc.)

Thanks for all who help!

this is interesting, does anyone think that Toyota has a less-than exciting presence in the market?

right now they are the suck. ford has it's moostang, which rocks, GM has the vette, nissan has the Z, honda at least has the S2K, and toyota has...? that faggot MRS? a carolla? psh, eff that.

i dont' see how anyone can not be inspired by the new stang, 03 cobra, lightning, and the GT40 from ford... that's just sad.

dunno

Toyota HAD some nice cars (JZA80, AE86, SW20). Now they're more family-oriented with "cars" like the Prius and the Sienna.

kia, daewoo, saturn.

performance. something that will hold its own in the straights, but is an absolute BLAST in the corners...whether it be grip or drift driving. after that would be mileage, and then interior practicality and ergonomics (especially for me, as i am a big dude)

GM/Kia/Hyundai

gm-too repetitive and cheap looking w/same 2oohp v6s (boooring), kia- need i say more?, and hyundai- the new tiburon was a turn in the right directoin, but it went down with the 3g elcipse (too fat/heavy, small but heavy v6 throws off balance, not enough power/grip, and NO option of a turbo)

1) Kia, Honda, Hyundai

2) Handling (not just outright grip, but balance as well) and bang-for-my-buck. Weight is also a big issue for me.

2) RWD, basic performance platform
None of this, "Sports car for the whole family" crap with makeshift 4 doors and "performance plus comfort"

2) RWD! / Turbo! and a cheap price to boot
