failed inspection!

ok, how the hell do i get at it to change the bulb?

sorry, but it seems like a stupid thing to fail inspection for... didn't even think to check!

any advice?

where do u live. b/c i'm pretty sure u don't have to even have sidemarkers.. so they can't fail u for that.. u still have front and rear turn signals.. but to change the bulb push down with a good amount of force and trust towards the front bumper.. it should pop out.. form there it's cake..
find a better place to get inspected..i don't even have sidemarkers

You can fail inspection for bad foglights too. Doesn't matter if you need them or not, if you have it on your car, it has to work.

That really is quite annoying. They should tell you to get it fixed and send you on your way.
