I just posted some pics, you can't even see the flaw on the bottom of driver panel when mounted.

Shipping shouldn't be too expensive for anyone concerned. I got two 50" x whatever (forgot the dimensions) boxes from Home Depot (about $8 for both) and tapped them together and shipped a set south. Cost about $30-$40 from MD to South Florida, so people, don't be scared to have these shipped to you!

Boxes were within the maximum allowable (total) dimension, and the door panels are fairly light (about 20-30lbs total).
