No brand name, is that what custom means? If so, who made them and with what parts? How are the knuckles modified?

they are by SDMF Customs, a local fab shop in oregon.

The knuckles were cut and re-welded.

It's in an s13 but I believe it works for both.

taper on the ball joint is different between s13 and s14. you'd have to get a shank with the correct taper if you wanted to switch knuckles.

^ this + the spindle size is different hence s13/s14 hubs not being interchangeable

Couple questions
What are the bolts with the washers on them for and why are they needed? Are they to mount the "tension rod" to the tc bracket or do those include the proper spacers?
Do the knuckles have any roll center correction?
