I Can modify your R154 with tripod shifter for a shorter throw and tighter shift. If you mail me your shifter as shown in the picture i can modify it and press solid bushings in it for $120. I use this in my personal car, and a few other local Soarer trans cars. Works great and improves shifter feel. Below is a picture of what i will need shipped and a video to show the improved throw distance and NOTE: i cannot fix a bad pivot ball bushing, I have to re use the one sent.
