Hi,
I am looking for the best S13 coilovers that doesn't allow damping adjustment.
Why? Because my racing series doesn't allow it.
So far the only one I have found is the EMUSA Coil overs.
Thanks

Only the real cheap stuff doesn't have adjustment.
I'd say a set of custom-valved bilsteins with coilover sleeves is probably what you're looking for. Like a circle-track take-apart in back and a 3000gt Bilstein in a stock s13 housing (or a custom housing) in front.

Sort of. The bilsteins are easier because they mount with a stud/nut in the bottom of the housing, not a gland nut.
Also konis are double adjustable so those are out.

If they don't allow damping Adjustment, do they allow straight springs or does the class require you to use factory like SCCA street class? Also, what's your target budget.

Basics for a race series are not ideal. Thats a twin tube shock that will die after 15mins into your session. You'll have no rebound and the spring will be doing all the work.

Tein Street Basics and all the crapy ones like raceland and ebay stuff.

Thank you for all the replies.
My race car is a 280zx, it's very common to put on S13 coil overs since they are a almost bolt in for rear. Front requires more fabbing but still doable.
Chumpcar (My racing serie) doesn't allow adjustable damping, not sure why. I guess it's to keep cost down. It's stupid since most decent chumpcar cars cost $10k - $20k to build.
Could I buy the TEIN Street and replace the spring and shock with a bilstein B8 or something?
Or are all their dampers/springs custom made?
