I know this is a long shot on this forum but I figured the more exposure the better.

I have a 2013 viper gts for sale with 1042 miles on it currently. I do drive it about once a week's so I will go up slightly. Car is in perfect shape inside and out. It has the Laguna leather package($7500) as well as the track pack ($3500). MSRP was $136990. I am the second owner and I purchased it from a personal friend. All recalls have been completed and this car was not affected by the oil consumption recall. I still have a loan on the car so the transaction will go directly through my bank. Please please please serious inquires only. This is obviously a private party sale so no sales tax (depending on what state you register the vehicle in) which can save you upwards of $8k. PM me with any questions.

Sales tax has to be paid when the new owner registers the car, so this is a misnomer.

I believe that there are only a handful of states that way. I live in Arizona and on a private party sale there is no sales tax. California is one of the state's, I'm assuming NY is also

Pardon me then. That's been the case in the 3 states i've lived in.

Bump. Huge market adjustment price drop. Looking for $81k. Pretty firm on that but will still entertain reasonable offers

Any interest in a 1970 cuda big block numbers matching? One owner car garage kept its whole life. Mint condition needs nothing. If you have any interest let me know, I'd also add 20k in cash

As long as you're not taking out massive luxury loans you're not doing anything wrong.

We'll just tell them you bought it for 1 dollar. Problem solved

I can't speak about every state's laws, but in Minnesota if it's newer than 10 years old, they use a conglomerate average from Edmunds, KBB, and NADA to determine taxable price (assuming you paid less than ~10% under average).

If you're resourceful, you could disconnect the fuel pump, etc to make it "non-running" and show proof. Could probably shave another ~50% off the calculated taxable price.
